Kelly Science is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Lead for a growing company located in Rockville, MD. Shift : Monday-Friday (Flexible hours but must be within the hours of 6am-6pm) Employment Type : Full Time; Contract-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities Include :

• Coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and shipping in a GMP environment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks to prevent discrepancies
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, including proper handling of cold chain products and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and minimize waste in the cold chain storage system
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to warehouse operations, such as on-time delivery and inventory accuracy
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
