A bit about us :

We are seeking a Regional Quoting Specialist to join our Distribution team. In this role, you will establish and maintain strong partnerships with customers for motors classified as Motor 1 and Motor 2 products. You will support new and existing customers by understanding their needs, offering solutions, and acting as a proactive partner in their reliability and maintenance planning efforts.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

Must have a background in quoting motor repair / replacement

Respond to RFQs and RFIs for Motor 1 and Motor 2 products with timely, accurate solutions.

Prepare quotes for motor repairs and replacements using technical data and POs.

Coordinate customer needs with sales, OEMs, operations, and vendors.

Maintain pricing, track orders, and monitor vendor performance.

Support sales and customers with product training and technical guidance.

Document interactions and order details in CRM systems.

Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.

Qualifications :

Must have a background in quoting motor repair / replacement

5+ years in technical sales, inside sales, customer service, or similar; motor / industrial experience preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.

Ability to interpret technical data and drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Organized, proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
