Customer Service Manager (Or Fleet Manager)

The Customer Service Manager (Or Fleet Manager) will lead customer service management and fleet management processes, and report to the Services Leader, of the GE Vernova Solar and Storage Solutions business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage storage (BESS) and solar power segment customers, including warranty obligations, service agreements, and spare parts and services orders.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and order management, contract compliance, and meeting expectations with respect to safety, quality, and delivery.
• Meet GE business expectations by managing spares orders, action plans, safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risks. Communicate goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally within GE.
• Collaborate with internal GE functions and business entities to manage service orders and activities.
• Protect GE's reputation and technology in the market place.
• Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment which encourages employees to achieve excellence in all project and service management metrics.

The salary range for this position is $91,400.00 - 121,800.00 USD Annual.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.

In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
