The Associate Clinical Administrative Coordinator works under general and direct supervision to perform the various routine and complex clerical duties as defined in department operating procedures or supervisory instruction. Will work in a team environment and will be required to handle a high volume of transactions with a high level of accuracy.
The Associate Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for verifying eligibility for all patients having appointments at all clinics, or having services at outside facilities, contact new patients and existing patients to ascertain current insurance information and account information and determine if the various forms are current. The duties and responsibilities require advance knowledge of insurances, AIR knowledge and in-depth understanding of registration policies as noted in the Registration Manual.
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 3 to 4 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 7 : 00am to 4 : 30pm PST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 - $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
