What You’ll Be Doing
- Making 50+ outbound calls daily to recruit and onboard qualified contractors.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing vendor partners.
- Managing onboarding, contract negotiations, and service expectations.
- Acting as the liaison between vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensuring vendor compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For
