Position Summary The Equipment and Provisioning Coordinator ensures KR Wolfe’s field teams are fully equipped and ready to perform.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role manages new hire kits, tracks tools and equipment, coordinates repairs and replacements, and maintains accurate inventory.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and collaborative—supporting operational efficiency and team readiness across all projects.

Key Responsibilities New Hire Provisioning :

• Assemble and ship tool, equipment, and technology kits for new field staff; coordinate with HR to meet onboarding timelines.
