CopperPoint has an exciting opportunity for an Accountant II to join our team! In this role, you will perform intermediate-level accounting and financial analysis while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include preparing regulatory filings, analyzing financial data, maintaining general ledger accuracy, and supporting both internal and external audits. Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reports / filings for the Company and its subsidiaries; analyze filing documents for variances and or anomalies; works collaboratively with senior staff and manager in the analysis of complex accounting issues.
• Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries; prepare and review account reconciliations; assist in the validation of general ledger balances and financial statement line items; participates in month-end close process.
• Participates with and provides support for internal and external audits; prepares audit work-papers that support the various audits.
