Summary

Balfour Beatty is seeking a driven, collaborative, multi-tasking Marketing Project Lead with 3 to 5 years of proposal experience to join our Texas team!

As a Marketing Project Lead, you will work closely with business development, leadership, and operations teams across the division on client prequalification packages, proposals, and interview strategies to support winning new business and clients. You will also lead communications efforts, including social media, award submissions, internal / external newsletters, and website development / updates.

This position is based in Balfour Beatty’s Austin or Dallas offices.
