Experience / Abilities Required :

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC / R repair
• Knowledge of the principles of refrigeration and related controls, allowing for effective diagnosis, repair, and installation
• Strong understanding of how to measure and adjust super heat, refrigerant pressures and temperature controls is required
• Also understands the use and application of alternate refrigerants for retrofit repairs on refrigeration equipment
• Ability to maintain positive customer relations, both internal and external
