Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in client or patient management, preferably in a high-volume customer service role
Strong sense of ownership and detail orientation with a track record of managing complex processes
Experience navigating escalations and building trust with clients and partners
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
