Job description
A company is looking for a Legal Assistant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send Letters of Representation (LORs) to insurance companies and medical providers
Request, track, and obtain hospital bills and medical records for case evaluation
Complete and submit Medi-Cal lien forms and follow up with federal entities regarding lien balances
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Case Coordinator in personal injury or insurance-related law
Proficiency in legal or case management tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Self-motivated and dependable, able to work independently in a remote setting
Full professional fluency in English
This role is open only to candidates based in LATAM & Europe
