Territory Sales Manager - Bahco Pruning

Overview

Bahco manufactures and offers high quality pruning and cutting solutions for professionals working in vineyards, orchards, landscaping, and forestry. In this role, you will showcase Bahco's exceptional products, create lasting customer relationships, and provide superior service and support through active engagement. Responsibilities

• Manage current customer relationships, agreements, and generate new leads via cold calling
• Meet face -to-face with a global network of winemakers, fruit and nut producers, in their fields to illustrate the superiority of the Bahco brand through hands-on demonstrations tailored to all organizational levels,from tool users to shop managers and business owners
• Develop and implement strategic stales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
• Exhibit a commitment to safety standards in all aspects of work, including providing education and support to our clients as they purchase and maintain our products
• Prepare detailed reports outlining business plans, transactions, and expenses, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with organizational standards
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Role requires 75% travel with up to 25% as overnight
