Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the Health and Safety (H&S) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring solutions that enhance organizational compliance and efficiency within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow Health and Safety (H&S) module in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations tailored to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes.
Implement and support incident management, hazard reporting, risk assessments, and corrective actions within the H&S module.
Collaborate with key stakeholders from EHS, HR, and ITSM teams to gather requirements and deliver intuitive H&S dashboards and reports.
Integrate the H&S module with related ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITSM, or IRM / Risk Management as needed.
Ensure smooth application upgrades, testing, and performance optimization of ServiceNow solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration details, and user support materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-9 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong, hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Health and Safety (H&S) module.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages : GlideScript and JavaScript.
Experience working with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub.
Familiarity with related ServiceNow modules such as HR Case Management (HRSD), Risk Management, or Security Incident Response.
Proven experience in developing workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional teams and deliver within deadlines.
