Roles / Responsibilities :
- Working with incidents and service requests related to telephony service and call processing systems.
- Escalations of issues with telephony vendors.
- Attend planning meetings and gather information on telephony related infinitives.
- Advise on contracts related vendor telephony support.
- Assist with planning and migration to new telephony and call processing systems.
Mandatory Skills :
General knowledge of supporting classic on-premises PBX systems (minimum 5 years experience)Demonstrated use in ability to work with a team and independentlyManaging work with support vendors (minimum 5 years experience).Demonstrated ability to gather requirements for telephony related projects (minimum 5 years experience.Candidate must reside in Minnesota.Desirable Skills : N / A
