Provider Contracting Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Contracting Specialist to support the development and maintenance of its Medicare Advantage provider network.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and execute provider contracts and maintain accurate records of agreements

Assist in network expansion and maintain provider demographic data within management systems

Support regulatory audits and ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

3-5 years of experience in provider contracting or managed care operations

Strong understanding of CMS MA network adequacy and compliance requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and contract management systems

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
