Insurance Defense Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal ? High-Volume Firm Environment

A fast-paced litigation practice is seeking a skilled Paralegal with strong computer and typing abilities to support a senior attorney and provide additional assistance to the litigation team as needed. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of the litigation process, and the ability to take initiative and move cases forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in preparing and organizing cases for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Order and summarize records; draft affidavits and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and summarize depositions
• Handle e-filing of pleadings and manage deadlines and scheduling
• Review and analyze legal documents and sources
• Maintain communication with attorneys, clients, and external parties
• The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment and approaches each task with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism.
