Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Professional – Packaging Solutions  A large, established packaging service company based in  Illinois  is seeking an experienced  Outside Sales Professional  to join their growing team. This role is designed for a self-motivated sales driver who thrives on building relationships, expanding accounts, and increasing revenue without the constraints of micromanagement.  Key Responsibilities :

• Grow and manage a book of business while developing new customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to provide value-driven packaging solutions across diverse industries
• Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting, presenting, closing, and ongoing account support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, and distribution strategies
