We are seeking an experienced Director of Investment Strategy and Business Transformation to drive the strategic vision for our Agency and Display Sales & Operating Model. In this role, you will collaborate closely with MSAs leadership, sales teams, business planning and sales excellence to develop forward-thinking operating model strategies that surpass budget targets, achieve year-over-year growth, and bridge the gap with competitors. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong collaborator, with impeccable communication, planning and execution skills.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office within the US, or a 25-mile commute of a non-US, country specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
