Wholesale Underwriter

A company is looking for an Underwriter for Wholesale Specialty Products.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite loans in accordance with company and investor guidelines

Perform thorough analysis of collateral and credit information to ensure compliance with investor guidelines

Communicate with clients and teams to resolve outstanding issues and ensure smooth loan processing

Required Qualifications

5+ years of mortgage underwriting work experience

Experience underwriting Non Agency or Non QM loans

DU and LP experience required

Paperless Loan Origination System experience preferred

Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
