We are seeking a skilled and motivated Unified Endpoint Management Administrator to support and enhance our enterprise endpoint management operations. This role will focus on key UEM functions, including print management, conference room technology (WebEx), Windows endpoints, mobile devices, and server patching. The UEM Administrator will play a role in device configuration, troubleshooting, security compliance, and process automation, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across the organization. This position requires a technical problem solver with a customer service mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for optimizing IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
Unified Endpoint Management & Device Support
Manage Windows endpoints and mobile devices, ensuring proper configuration, security policies, and compliance.
Implement and maintain print management solutions, troubleshooting hardware / software issues and optimizing enterprise printing infrastructure.Support conference room technology, including WebEx and AV solutions, ensuring seamless operation for meetings and events.Assist with workstation / server patching and compliance updates to maintain security best practices across all managed endpoints.Deploy and manage Click-to-Run applications and enterprise software solutions for end users.Process Improvement & Automation
Identify and implement efficiency improvements in device deployment, patching, and security management.
Assist in automating endpoint management processes using PowerShell scripting and endpoint management tools.Work closely with the Digital Content & Collaboration teams to ensure smooth integration and interoperability across enterprise platforms.Technical Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provide tier 2 / 3 technical support for escalated endpoint-related issues.
Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance cross-functional assistance between UEM and Digital Content & Collaboration teams.Document troubleshooting steps, best practices, and technical procedures to support knowledge sharing and team development.Act as a technical SME for specialized UEM technologies, assisting team members and end users.Technical Skills
Proficiency with UEM tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, or similar platforms.Strong knowledge of Windows and mobile device management, including security policies and compliance enforcement.Experience with server patching, print management, and AV / conference room technologies (WebEx, Teams, Zoom).Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for endpoint management is a plus.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), IT operations, or endpoint security.Experience in Windows endpoint management, device configuration, and enterprise application deployment.Experience supporting print management, conference room technology (WebEx), or server patching is a plus.Soft Skills
