Overview

RETS Associates on behalf of our client, a leading SoCal general contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end office tenant improvement projects in Los Angeles, CA . This role manages projects from preconstruction through closeout, serves as the client-facing lead, and drives business growth through industry relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle, including budgets, schedules, and closeouts
  • Oversee and mentor project teams
  • Act as primary client contact and build strong relationships
  • Support business development and proposals

Qualifications

  • 9+ years of GC project management experience, with focus on office TI
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
  • Established CRE and construction industry relationships in LA
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
