The Role

We're looking for an Employee Engagement Intern to join our People & Culture team on a hybrid basis in San Jose, CA, reporting to the Senior Program & Change Manager. As an Employee Engagement Intern, you'll play a crucial role in shaping company culture and enhancing employee experience. You'll support the design and delivery of programs from surveys to internal events that drive higher retention, satisfaction, and productivity across ZS.

What You'll Do (Role Expectations)

  • Support Employee Engagement Initiatives by assisting with cultural transformations, retention efforts, and improving the overall employee experience at ZS.
  • Assist with Change Management activities related to new programs, policies (like return-to-office), and system changes that impact the entire employee base.
  • Help Monitor and Drive Adoption of key initiatives (e.g., WOW cultural changes) by ensuring successful communication and analyzing the business outcomes and desired behavior changes.

  • What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Psychology, or Human Resources.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with passion for innovation and technology.
  • What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Passion for working and learning from other team members.
  • Experience creating new processes and implementing them on a large scale.
  • Base Pay Range $35 - $55 USD
