Facets Developer- REMOTE

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facets Developer with strong .NET full-stack development experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will combine in-depth knowledge of TriZetto Facets with hands-on expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL Server, building and supporting custom applications, workflows, and integrations that drive operational excellence across our healthcare systems..

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Facets extensions, workflows, and integrations using .NET (C# / ASP.NET / Core) and related technologies.
• Build and enhance APIs, web services (SOAP / REST), and data integration solutions to connect Facets with internal and external systems.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server objects (stored procedures, functions, views) and perform data analysis to support backend processes.
• Support Facets configuration, claims processing logic, benefit setup, and backend automation where applicable.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Apply DevOps and CI / CD practices to improve code quality, deployment speed, and reliability.
• Contribute to system documentation, technical specifications, and best practice standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within Agile / Scrum teams.
