Tax Manager Corporate Tax & Compliance

Join Elior North America as a Tax Manager and take a lead role in managing our corporate tax function. You'll oversee federal, state, and franchise income tax compliance, partner with third-party firms, and provide technical guidance on audits, planning, and reporting. This position is critical in ensuring Elior remains compliant while also identifying opportunities to optimize our tax strategy and minimize risk. You'll collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Operations, and work closely with external tax consultants to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant tax filings. This role also partners with our Sales Tax & Business Licensing Manager and unclaimed property consulting firm to ensure compliance with a wide range of tax and regulatory obligations.

What You'll Be Doing

Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Oversee preparation and review of quarterly and annual federal, state, and franchise tax returns and provisions in partnership with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with all IRS and state regulatory requirements and monitor legislative changes.
• Prepare income tax provisions under US GAAP and IFRS (ASC 740).
• Respond to tax notices, manage filings, and oversee tax payments.

This position is based at our corporate office in Houston, TX, with an expectation of four days onsite per week and one remote day. Office Address : 4920 Westway Park Blvd, Houston, TX 77041.

Compensation Range

Compensation for this role is up to $145,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
