Administrative Coordinator
As the Administrative Coordinator for the Division of Neonatology, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining effective communication within the division and with external partners. Your primary duties will include organizing meetings and events, handling correspondence, overseeing time management, and providing essential support to faculty and staff.
You will manage a variety of administrative functions such as budget management, data management (including compliance and accreditation), travel arrangements, recruitment and exhibitor coordination, onboarding, and interview coordination. Additionally, you will provide technology support, manage divisional communications, coordinate projects with faculty and staff, and handle meeting preparation.
A key responsibility of this role includes coordinating conferencesfrom scheduling logistics to ensuring on-site availability and support so that events run smoothly.
Delivering exceptional customer service to our faculty, staff, and other stakeholders will be a key component of your role. Academic school experience is preferred. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The hours for this role will be 7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM. Work from home one day / week after probationary period.

Position Summary :
Provides general business and financial operations support to a department or group of professionals under general supervision. Makes moderately complex business process decisions requiring a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of regulations, policies, procedures and business practices. Specific departments may provide additional guidance with a departmental position description.
Position Key Accountabilities :
Certification / Skills :
Working knowledge of standard Office Software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. Working knowledge of University financial systems is preferred.
Minimum Education :
Bachelor's degree level of higher education in business related field required. Equivalent level of education and / or experience may substitute for education requirement.
Minimum Experience :
One (1) year related work experience required. Prior experience in finance, accounting, business administration or business management required.
Physical Requirements :
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 10 pounds frequently and / or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
