Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Communicate with customers through various channels and navigate multiple systems
Receive and respond to inquiries, resolving moderately complex insurance issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred : A valid Property & Casualty Producer / Agent License
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools preferred
