Im partnering with a well-established and fast-growing commercial general contractor in Atlanta with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality office, retail, and mixed-use projects across the Southeast.

Theyre looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations on upcoming ground-up and renovation projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking full ownership of their sites, collaborating closely with project managers and ownership, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

What youll bring :

• 8+ years leading commercial construction projects (office, retail, or mixed-use preferred)
• Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management tools
