Job description
A company is looking for a Specialist, HR Automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, test, and implement HR automations and tooling enhancements across various platforms
Support HR Operations in maintaining efficient workflows across key HR processes
Identify process gaps and propose automation opportunities to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
Learning experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical equivalent
Technical expertise in API consumption and automation frameworks
Proven track record of establishing strong partnerships across teams
Experience using data-driven insights for technical and strategic decisions
Ability to work autonomously and find opportunities for improvement
