Operations Supervisor Inspection

Responsibilities

• Manage the inspection facility to ensure the highest quality production.
• Collaborate directly with the customer to maintain clear communication regarding the delivery of completed pipe and resolve any customer complaints.
• Approve and oversee all expenses, including invoices and timesheets, ensuring costs stay within established limits and labor costs remain within expected levels.
• Assist in budget development, conduct cost analysis, and forecast monthly revenue.
• Handle all personnel issues, including disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and administrative tasks related to onboarding new employees.
• Identify, train, motivate, and supervise all facility personnel.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and safety awareness.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
