Fremont Dog Walkers

Does the thought of spending your days with dogs and cats sound like a dream? Make it a reality by joining the Fetch! Pet Care Seattle North team! We're hiring part-time pet sitters and dog walkers to provide professional pet care services in Ballard, Fremont, U-District, and surrounding areas.

With 18+ years of outstanding service under our collars, we've created high demand for our enrichment-focused offerings.

Open Roles : (You can apply for both roles if your schedule allows!) Dog Walkers : Being a dog walker with Fetch! means walking local dogs and ensuring they get the activity and affection they need.

Midday availability on weekdays (10am-3pm) is preferred for this role to cover our peak dog-walking hours, but you choose which days! Pet Sitters : Cat people, this one's for you! Visit kitties and other pets in their homes to provide care and attention while owners are away.

Morning, evening, and weekend availability is preferred, but you can choose which weekdays! The Scoop on Schedules & Duties : We work around your availability.

Just provide your availability, and we'll start building your customized route. A 6-month schedule commitment is required once you're hired.

Good communication is key - you'll need to regularly check emails, promptly respond to messages, and review your schedule each morning.

Quarterly team meetings are mandatory (we also host optional monthly virtual meet-ups). Building up a full route takes time, so patience is appreciated as we factor in your location, experience, availability, and local demand.

Driving is required, so you'll need a reliable vehicle and a valid license. For each visit, you'll provide detailed journal entries with photos to show our pet parents how we Make Fetch! Happen! Ditch the fancy outfits - comfy clothes are encouraged! W-2 employee status (no independent contracting). Our Client Experience team handles logistics so you can focus on the pets! Qualifications : Experience caring for pets (personal, friend's, family's, you name it!) Ability to read basic animal behavior cues.

Comfortable around shy, fearful, or anxious pets. A knack for teamwork and collaboration. Customer service skills are a must.

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Excellent communication skills with humans and pets alike. Punctuality and organization.

Positive, dependable attitude. Tech skills to access internet / email via computer and smartphone. Does this sound like your calling?
