Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Strategic Focus Club Marketing, you will serve as a key role in Equinox's localized marketing strategy, driving measurable growth, engagement, and member retention across a portfolio of high-priority Clubs. You will take ownership of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each focus Club's unique market dynamicsmaximizing lead generation, member acquisition, and overall brand impact.

In this business-critical role, you will partner closely with the Senior Director of Local Marketing and cross-functional business leaders to shape go-to-market plans that elevate the Equinox brand within key markets. Your leadership will ensure that each strategic focus Club delivers a best-in-class experience that reflects both local relevance and brand excellence.

Business Insights

• Partner with the Business Insights teams to identify focus Clubs by building a data-driven scorecard based on key performance indicators.
• Diagnose business challenges such as retention, attrition, or awareness gaps and develop targeted, results-oriented marketing plans to address them.
• Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide growth and profitability goals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on local market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
