Now hiring an Overnight (11P-7A) RN Clinical Specialists (Supervisor)! Part-time or Full-time will be considered. Flexiability with schedule!

$2,000 Sign on bonus for full-time hires

Essential Job Functions Include :

• Proven leader in problem solving and operations. Serving as a professional role model.
• Assisting with Resident assessments.
• Making rounds as needed.
• Coordinating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and pharmacies as needed.
• Providing leadership to household nurses and nurse aides.
• Maintaining household census sheet.
• Assist with staff education as appropriate.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements :

• Current NYS Registered Nurse license required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications :

• Be available for Overnight supervision, weekend and Holidays.
• Subject to frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in an understandable manner.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions (reasonable accommodation may apply.)
• Must be able to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with Residents, staff, visitors, volunteers, government agencies / personnel, etc.
