Job description
A company is looking for a Finance and Operations Manager to manage a range of personal and business projects while working closely with the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate monthly financial operations and manage financial records
Support HR and team operations, including onboarding and contracts
Partner with the CEO to oversee activities across multiple ventures and improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in finance, operations, or executive management
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience is prioritized
Highly proficient in digital tools and automation
Self-starter with a reliable and adaptable mindset
Obsessed with systems, efficiency, and continuous improvement
