Community Resource Coordinator (Remote - MT)

Description & Requirements Maximus currently has a Community Resource Coordinator Opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project.

This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability / Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services.

Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Act as the primary point of contact for all training providers, fostering strong communication and collaboration.

• Establish and oversee relationships with various training providers, ensuring effective partnerships. - Maintain and manage training provider agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Keep an accurate database and schedule of training providers, ensuring up-to-date information. - Recruit additional training providers when necessary to meet program needs and objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between multiple training providers when collaboration benefits our clients' interests. - Offer administrative support to the Employment Services & Community Relations team to ensure smooth operations and effective outreach efforts.
• Previous Maximus experience preferred. - Previous incumbent experience preferred. - This position requires you to have reliable transportation to travel to other offices within the region.
• This position requires travel up to 50% of the time. - This position requires residency in the state of Montana. This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

Home office requirements : - Reliable high-speed internet service - Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds / 50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity - Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements : - High school diploma or GED required and 2+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
