Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

This Hospital need is for the below counties. Providers should be flexible with where they work but know that Hospital will work to make their schedules close. Counties : New Haven, Middlesex, New London, Windham, Toliland, Hartford and Litchfield.

Emphasis is weekend coverage but Hospital will review candidates with weekday availability as well (Monday and Fridays particularly)

Hospital wants providers to :

• be able to travel at least 45 minutes
• split their day between two locations
• be amenable to last-minute changes (within reason) in response to callouts
• We prefer local providers or at least not needing to obtain flights for their shifts.
