Summary :

We're looking for a CMMS Administrator to join our team! This person will be responsible for the functional oversight of their CMMS System, EAMs, and will support asset lifecycle and management. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background and experience working with an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) or similar CMMS platforms. The position involves administrative and system-based tasks critical to maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Manage asset lifecycle processes including commissioning, decommissioning, idling, reactivation, and relocation of assets.
• Create, assign, and track work orders for maintenance activities such as pump replacements, sensor calibrations, and pressure gauge checks.
• Support compliance by maintaining documentation for audits, change controls, and SOPs related to asset management.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for all CMMS-related activities and user support
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment on asset specifications and system configurations.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners, schedulers, and technicians to ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $38.85 - $43.26 / hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
