Account Executive (Mid-Market)

This position sits within our Sales division and is the front-line point of contact for identifying, matching, and selling prospects the appropriate solutions from our software portfolio.

The Account Executive, (Mid-Market) is responsible for representing, selling, negotiating, and marketing our cloud-based SaaS solutions to the commercial construction industry. Account Executives will demonstrate the capabilities and basic training of our SaaS solutions through online demonstrations, working directly with Business Development Representatives, to close new business.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Leverage consultative / solution based selling technique to position the value of our product to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
• Input and manage prospects and customer data using our CRM.
• Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our suite of products including ConstructConnect Project Intelligence, ConstructConnect Bid-Management, OnCenter, and Planswift, SmartBid, and iSqFt Bid Management.
• Meet / exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets, working directly with manager to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently following up with leads, nurturing relationships, and tracking opportunities through the sales process.
• Work closely with other departments, including Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitive landscape.
