Job description

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP), Business Development - Cloud and Modernization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy for cloud migration and modernization solutions

Lead pursuit efforts for large-scale transformation deals and drive adoption of cloud platforms

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent execution of client engagements and contribute to thought leadership

Required Qualifications

7-12 years of experience in business development or sales within enterprise IT transformation, focusing on cloud services

Experience in the insurance industry, preferably P&C

Experience modernizing core insurance systems such as claims, policy, and billing platforms

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred

Proven success in managing complex, consultative sales cycles
