Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular outreach with customers to ensure high engagement and retention
Uncover upsell opportunities and coordinate resources for customer engagement
Provide renewal forecasts and communicate status updates to the executive team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BA / BS or equivalent preferred
5+ years of successful renewal sales or sales experience
Experience selling to IT departments or IT management preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com for opportunity management and forecasting
Bilingual preferred (fluent English); German or French is a plus
