We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Accounting Specialist to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be a vital link between our financial consultants and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery in all accounting matters. This role is designed for a highly motivated and experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that values team-work, initiative, and results. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on financial and accounting matters to clients.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of our clients' accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Record and document financial transactions by entering account information and maintaining ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyze budget variances and provide financial advice to management.
• Make accurate journal entries and ensure the general ledger is up to date.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
• Proactively identify and address client needs by building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Excel, to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.
