Daily Responsibilities : Manage project timelines and budgets Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Review and interpret blueprints Oversee installation of kitchen equipment Ensure compliance with all safety regulations Required Skills : Construction Management : Experience in managing construction projects Blueprints : Ability to read and interpret blueprints Installation : Knowledge of kitchen equipment installation Plumbing : Experience with plumbing systems a plus Nice to Have Skills : Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) General Repair Inspections Estimating Electrical Technical Skills : OSHA Certified Quality Control Background Checks Military Background Troubleshooting Salary and Benefits : Minimum Salary : $52,000.00 Maximum Salary : $70,000.00 Benefits : Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of West Palm Beach, FL (33411), as Prestige Commercial Kitchen does not offer relocation assistance.
