Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and optimize the existing Dynamics 365 environment and customizations
Streamline workflows and interfaces for the Sales Hub and Service Hub to enhance user experience
Deliver modernization roadmaps, training materials, and governance frameworks for sustainable CRM solutions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service)
Deep expertise in Sales Hub, Service Hub, Copilot, and the Power Platform
Proven ability to assess and map customized CRM environments to out-of-the-box solutions
Strong understanding of workflow design, Case Management, and Business Process Flows (BPFs)
Experience leading migrations from customized builds to configuration-driven architectures
