This hybrid role combines logistics dispatching and office administrative duties with basic quality control tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment. You will be responsible for document auditing, shipping and receiving support, customer service, and ensuring quality control standards are met. This role also requires physical activity, including moving pallets as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

Route and dispatch shipments in coordination with logistics schedules Audit and manage shipping / receiving documents for accuracy and compliance

Provide administrative support including data entry and filing

Communicate with customers and carriers to resolve shipping issues

Perform basic quality control checks and assist in ensuring product integrity Coordinate with warehouse team to move and organize pallets

Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and tracking Multitask effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

Requirements :

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

Willingness and ability to perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting, moving pallets)

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or quality control preferred
