LATAM Payroll Consultant

A company is looking for a LATAM Payroll Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide implementation support for LATAM payroll systems, including Lyric, Tress / +Orden, and Celergo

Support payroll and reporting processes for Mexico and Brazil

Collaborate with global and regional payroll teams to ensure successful implementation and stabilization

Required Qualifications :

Local payroll expertise for Mexico and Brazil, including reporting and compliance requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus

Able to support teams operating in Pacific Time

Self-starter, capable of working independently and managing project deliverables
