ProSidian seeks a Financial Compliance and Assessment Specialist for program support on a contract contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington across the Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

We seek Financial Compliance and Assessment Specialist candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) oversight and general support services under job task category 02 assistant manager for business & assistant manager for procurement functional area / swim lane / category discipline professional - general support services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO) position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

Provide services and support as a Financial Compliance and Assessment Specialist (general support services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO)) in the environmental management industry sector focussing on environmental services solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) | DOE Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH generally located in CONUS - Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region (of country / world).

Business and procurement support optimize resources, ensure compliance, streamline acquisitions, and strengthen Hanford mission execution efficiency.

Support budget formulation, execution, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits. This role provides services and support for program office #02 assistant manager for business & assistant manager for procurement under job task #02.03 - financial compliance and assessment specialist with support functions for finance & budget support, procurement / contract administration support, workforce management & training support, compensation program act business support, and audit coordination support.

Financial compliance and assessment specialist : conducts financial analyses, coordinates assessments, and ensures internal control compliance through labor floor checks. This role is essential for maintaining financial integrity and compliance by conducting thorough reviews, assessments, and analyses, and effectively communicating results to ensure alignment with financial objectives. With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 3.5 FTEs for this ProSidian engagement team role.
