1st Shift - Warehouse Associate

Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, working Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2 : 30 PM, with flexibility depending on the delivery schedule. Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders based on pick sheets and order lifts.
• Manage and pack rolls of insulation for shipping, ensuring accurate quantities.
• Perform simple math calculations to determine the number of rolls needed for specific order weights.
• Utilize tools such as calculators or phones for mathematical operations.
• Handle material with care, ensuring the safety and quality of products.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse environment that is warmer during summer and cooler in winter. Though there is no air conditioning, heaters are available for colder months. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
