Marketing Specialist Job at Kforce Inc in Boca Raton

Base pay range $30.00 / hr - $35.00 / hr

Responsibilities Marketing Specialist will support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Company's programming and digital products

Develop engaging content and messaging in alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, editorial, digital, and analytics

Assist in managing email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation, content development, scheduling, and performance tracking

Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Help manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines

Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign development and content planning

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required

3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a media, publishing, or broadcast environment

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and marketing platforms

Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen eye for detail

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Excel

Self-starter with a team-oriented approach and willingness to be hands-on

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
