Operating within a dynamic label printing environment, this role requires a confident, people-focused leader who can inspire teams, influence senior stakeholders, and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization. The position includes direct management of HR representatives and close collaboration with plant and corporate leadership to align HR practices with business goals. Key Responsibilities : HR Leadership & Operational Alignment Provide visionary HR leadership across multiple manufacturing locations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategy. Team Development & Coaching Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Strategic Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to site and senior leadership, offering guidance on workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Culture & Engagement Champion initiatives in employee engagement, DEI, safety, and culture-building tailored to the needs of a production workforce in the label printing industry. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure full compliance with California labor laws and industry-specific regulations, mitigating risk and supporting operational integrity.
