Position Summary :

Busek is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee key accounting functions, financial reporting, payroll, and the transition from Deltek to Epicor . This role requires expertise in general accounting principles, financial analysis, and ERP system implementation to support our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting & Reconciliation :

• Produce accurate and error-free financial reports.
• Review financial statements, journal entries, and general ledger (GL) accounts to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Ensure major expenses are coded correctly to projects or overhead.
• Maintain the company's depreciation schedule and prepare related journal entries.
• Reconcile payroll-related GL journal entries monthly for accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Review all monthly transactions, including journal entries and bank reconciliations , and alert the CFO to any discrepancies.
