Accounting Supervisor

A company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly financial close process, including journal entry review and account reconciliations

Prepare financial information for consolidation and ensure compliance with internal / external audits and SOX

Drive process improvements in accounting operations and develop junior team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred or nearing completion

Minimum of 5 years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting systems

Hands-on experience with SOX compliance and internal controls

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
